How to use
Thyme is a traditional ingredient in many cuisines and can be used in a bouquet sachet. Add thyme to use in soups, stews and sauces. Thyme is also a beautiful accompaniment for baked fish or fried chicken. It imparts a delicious taste to roasted pumpkin, carrots and potatoes. Mix thyme with a little parmesan cheese and crushed garlic, before tossing through cooked potatoes or sprinkling over focaccia. Dried thyme can also be steeped in boiled water to make a traditional herbal beverage.
