How to use
Sage appears in many European cuisines, notably Italian, Balkan and Middle Eastern cookery. It can be used in omelettes, frittatas, on pizza, in tomato sauce or for baking chicken or fish. Use sparingly in casseroles and with other savoury herbs in bread stuffing’s for poultry.
