How to use
Roasted Salted Peanuts are perfect for snacking as is, or combine with other nuts, dried fruit and seeds in a delicious trail mix. These peanuts can also be freshly ground to make roasted nut butter free of any sugar or artificial additives. Toss roasted peanuts over salads, hotpots and stir-fries. Use ground or chopped nuts on top of tasty savoury bakes; to fill grilled mushrooms or capsicum; crumb fish and meat; or create wonderful seasoned stuffing. These Peanuts are a scrumptious addition to ‘salted caramel’ desserts including home-made chocolate and ice cream (just skip or reduce the salt in the recipe).
