How to use
Add 1½-2 teaspoon for each 200ml cup of freshly boiled hot water. Steep for at least 8 minutes. For a more full-bodied flavour allow to brew for longer. Served as is or with a little natural sweetener like honey or coconut nectar. Turkish Delight fruit tea is also fabulously refreshing served on crushed or shaved ice. Add slices of lemon and orange with a sprig of fresh mint for extra zing. To make a cold brew, steep about 3 heaped tablespoons of tea in 1 litre of room temperature water. Allow to stand for 8-12 hours, tasting until the flavour is as desired. An infusion of this fragrant tea can be used to add a wonderful fruity accent to home-made ice cream, desserts and puddings, preserves, baked goods, or savoury recipes.
