How to use
Stir or blend 3 tablespoons of this Whey Protein Concentrate into cold beverages including shakes, smoothies, coconut or filtered water. It will combine easily with any liquid. Or sprinkle this powder over your favourite cereals and porridge for breakfast. Whey protein can also be added to raw food recipes. Try some in chia puddings, acai bowls, energy balls, nut-cheese cakes, and slices. Add it to baked goods and pancake or waffle batters. Stir into savoury dishes like soups and hotpots just before serving. Whey Protein Concentrate is not a sole source of Nutrition.
