Flour Millet


Millet is a small grass seed that is naturally gluten free. High in protein and low GI, it offers a great nutrition profile including being high in fibre, magnesium, niacin and also calcium. Millet is one of the few grains that is alkalizing to the body.

This ancient grain is actually a small seed that is easily digested and is suitable in various applications including bread when blended with other flours.

Millet has a sweet nutty flavour, and can be also used in similar applications as quinoa.
