How to use
These ground fenugreek seeds add a delicious, warm ‘burnt sugar’ note to spice blends. Fenugreek is delicious in curries, soups, marinades, dry rub mixes, pickles and relishes. Mix ground fenugreek with black pepper and cumin to create a crust for cured meats, such as pastrami. Combine maize flour with fenugreek powder and water to make a wonderful dough for unleavened bread.

Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
