How to use
Organic Cranberries make a wonderful, quick snack on their own or are delicious combined with crunchy seeds and nuts. At breakfast add them to muesli, porridge, yoghurt, smoothies and acai bowls. Cranberries are delicious in raw food chia puddings, superfood balls and desserts. Add extra tang to home-made muesli bars and baked goods including muffins, cheesecakes, steamed puddings, fruit bread, scones, slices and biscuits. Scrumptious cranberries can be added to salads, curries or hotpots – and make a great substitute for sultanas in savoury dishes. Complimenting meats, and of course turkey, beautifully, use them in stuffings, sauces and to make cranberry “jelly” as a festive condiment or gift. Add cranberries to dairy or coconut ice cream recipes, scattered over sundaes, or serve on a cheese and fruit board.
