How to use
Add 4 tbsps. of this organic Coconut milk powder to 1 cup of water, and stir until combined. Alternatively add milk powder directly to smoothies, or sprinkle over oat or quinoa porridge, fruit salads and yoghurt. This powder can be used in raw foods like superfood balls, muesli bars, chia puddings and chocolate to add a lovely coconut flavour. Use prepared coconut milk in place of other liquids in home-baked bread, biscuit and muffin recipes. Coconut milk powder is also suitable to include in savoury soups, hotpots and stir fries - anywhere you’d like to add a dash of coconut taste. The powder can be added directly to hotpots for a lovely full coconut flavour without the extra liquid.

Storage
Store in an air tight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
