How to use
Fine Ground Celtic Sea Salt is a perfect all-purpose salt for convenient use as a condiment at the table, or as a cooking and baking ingredient. It imparts a rich, exceptional flavour that enhances the taste of any dish. Add a pinch to porridge or smoothies to bring out the flavours. Use it in recipes during cooking or lightly sprinkle over dishes before serving. Celtic Salt is not suitable for use in a grinder or mill due to its moisture content, however it works wonderfully in a mortar and pestle with fresh and dried spices. Try it with sesame, coriander and cumin seeds, a few peppercorns and a pinch of dulse flakes for a delicious savoury sprinkle or accompaniment to dipping oil and crusty bread. At the table, serve Celtic salt in a small dish or salt crock rather than a shaker.
