How to use
Roasted Cashews are a delectable snack on their own or in a Hiker’s mix - combined with dried fruit and seeds. Add cashew nuts to muesli, granola, or acai bowls. These cashews can be ground to make yummy additive-free unsalted nut butter, great in sandwiches, energy balls, or in place of peanuts in satay sauce. For a little variety everyone will love - add some coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs before blending nut butter. Finely chopped cashews are great in pesto, dips and as a base for sauces. Toss roasted cashews over salads, or add to stir-fries and curries. Cashews are a delicious addition to muffins, cakes and desserts. Chop and sprinkling over yoghurt or ice cream sundaes.
