How to use
Enjoy snacking on these succulent Australian Dried Apricots on their own; with natural yoghurt; in a lunchbox; or combined with seeds and nuts in trail mixes. Chopped apricots can be added to muesli, granola and porridge. Fantastic in muesli bars, energy balls, raw food treats and fresh salads. Include dried apricots in fruit bread, cake, muffin and biscuit recipes. Or use as a substitute for fresh fruit. Simply soak in warm water till soft and plump - lovely in pies and tarts, jam, compote, or stewed and served with coconut cream.
