How to use
Aniseed is sweet and very aromatic. You can add the seeds whole or ground to savoury dishes, such as curries & stews. It is used in desserts and sweets, like spiced cakes & biscuits, and to add depth of flavour to chocolate dishes. Often used in India as a pallet cleanser & digestive, where they candy the seeds. Or add aniseed to chai blends and herbal teas for a warm licorice flavour.
